Mr. Brinkmann concentrates his practice in major civil litigation involving managed care liability, property subrogation, personal injury, arson and fraud, and bad faith. He graduated from the University of Scranton in 1974 and from Villanova University School of Law in 1978. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Edward J. Blake, President Judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. |
Mr. Brinkmann worked with the Environmental Protection Agency Hazardous Waste Enforcement Division from 1980 through 1983. He joined Cozen O'Connor in 1983, rising to senior partner before leaving in 1995 to form Dugan, Brinkmann, Maginnis and Pace. He is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the Loss Executives Association (LEA), the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), the National Fire protection Association (NFPA), and the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). He is also active in his parish where he has coached boys basketball for more than 20 years, and he serves on Civil Service Commission of Narbeth. |
