SAMUEL J. PACE, JR. sjpace@dbmplaw.com Mr. Pace concentrates his practice in major property subrogation matters, complex recovery litigation, and litigation arising from catastrophic losses, injuries and professional liability. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975 and from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1979 and has handled cases in at least 23 states and the District of Columbia. He is a Board Member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), and a member of the Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB); Loss Executives Association (LEA) and FDCC (vice chair of Property Section). He is a Fellow, International Society of Barristers, Master, Temple American Inn of Court, member of ADTA, and has lectured on trial practice, handling major claims, mediation and various other topics for NASP, PLRB, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Philadelphia Bar Association, National Institute of Trial Advocacy and Widener University Law School. He serves as a Judge Pro Tem of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. He has testified as an expert before various Courts and in Mediations and Arbitrations. He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and of the Property Committee of the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. |
