Mr. Payne was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 2003 and in New Jersey in 2004.

He focuses his practice in General Civil Litigation; Premises Liability; Professional Malpractice and Property Subrogation.

He graduated from The Rutgers University School of Law in 2003, where he received numerous academic awards. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University in 1995, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Mr. Payne is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is active with the Gloucester County, New Jersey YMCA and participates in volunteer agencies in his community.
