Ms. Danielski, who is of counsel to the firm, represents clients involved in major coverage disputes and litigation, she has achieved the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

She was admitted to practice in 1980. In addition to her extensive insurance coverage experience, she is also an experienced appellate lawyer, having argued before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, many United States Circuit Courts of Appeal and state intermediate appellate courts.

Ms. Danielski is a 1980 graduate of Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She served as an assistant research director of the Defense Research Institute from 1980-81. She was a senior partner in the firm of Cozen OConnor prior to joining the firm.
