Ms. Toth is an associate of the firm. Her practice includes general civil litigation, insurance subrogation, premises liability, and social host liability.
Ms. Toth was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2008. Ms. Toth earned her Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, Washington, DC, in 2008. |
While in law school, she earned a Certificate in Comparative and International Law, and served as Chancellor of the Moot Court Association. Ms. Toth received her Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University in 2001, with a major in Political Science and minor in Peace & Justice Studies.
Ms. Toth is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association. She also serves as a volunteer attorney with the Support Center for Child Advocates, as well as Vice President of the Villanova University Alumni Association Greater Philadelphia Chapter.
