Gerald J. Dugan
Mr. Dugan, in addition to serving as Chairman of the firm, concentrates his practice in property subrogation, health insurer liability, products liability, catastrophic injury and medical negligence litigation.
He graduated from LaSalle College in 1970 and from Temple University where he received his masters degree in 1972 and his law degree in 1975.
He was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in 1975. He served as a prosecutor in the homicide division of the Philadelphia District Attorneys Office from 1975 through 1981. He was a senior partner at Cozen O'Connor from 1981 thru 1995 where he chaired the complex litigation department, in addition to serving on the firm's Executive Committee. He is also admitted to practice in New Jersey and the state of Washington.
He is a member of the State Bar Associations of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington State, as well as the Philadelphia Bar Association.
