Mr. Winning concentrates his practice on handling large loss subrogation matters.  He represents various insurers across the United States, whose insureds have suffered damage caused by fire, flood, faulty construction, and other catastrophic events.

Mr. Winning received his Master’s Degree in Trial Advocacy from Temple Law School in 2011.  He was the Commencement Speaker in the Temple Law School class of 2006, and graduated from LaSalle University in 2000.

He is a published author of multiple articles on subrogation topics, and lectures on subrogation topics and trends on an annual basis. He handles property subrogation matters across the country, including matters in Florida, Texas, West Virginia, and Maine, with the majority of subrogation work taking place in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.

Mr. Winning is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), the Pennsylvania Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (PAMIC) and he attends various property law educational meetings including Loss Executives Association (LEA) and Property Loss Research Bureau (PLRB).

Outside of the office, Mr. Winning coaches CYO sports, serves underprivileged families in conjunction with the Spring Garden Society and The Breathing Room Foundation, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
