DBMP successfully represented the subrogation interests of the owner of a hotel which sustained a collapse of the courtyard and parking garage due to improper construction activities including the storage and overloading of soil on the construction site which caused the collapse.
The case was litigated for over two years with approximately twenty depositions conducted.
