Mr. McNulty concentrates his practice in major property subrogation matters, complex recovery litigation, and litigation arising from catastrophic losses.
He is a graduate from Georgetown University and from Widener University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as several federal and appellate courts and has handled large loss property subrogation matters. He has prepared hundreds of cases for trial and taken many to verdict. In addition to his trial experience, he has resolved hundreds of matters at arbitration and/or mediation in the multiple jurisdictions.
Outside of the office, Mr. McNulty enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also volunteers his time coaching CYO and High School sports.
