Mr. Schwenker concentrates his practice on large loss subrogation matters.  He represents insurers across the United States whose insureds have suffered damage caused by fire, flood, faulty construction, and other catastrophic events. Mr. Schwenker is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania and Western District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Schwenker has also litigated cases in twelve other jurisdictions as lead counsel with the assistance of local counsel. 

Mr. Schwenker graduated with high honors from Rutgers University in 2007 and magna cum laude from Rutgers School of Law in 2010.  Mr. Schwenker has been selected for inclusion in “The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch” in the area of Products Liability from 2021-2023.  Mr. Schwenker is a Certified Civil Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Before joining DBMP, Mr. Schwenker spent twelve years handling large loss subrogation matters at two national law firms.  Prior to entering private practice, he clerked for the Honorable Francine Axelrad, P.J.A.D., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.
